We have successfully installed a specialized organic fertilizer production line featuring both drum and disc granulation equipment. This hybrid system is now fully operational, delivering enhanced flexibility and efficiency in organic fertilizer production.
The integrated setup combines the strengths of two granulation technologies. The drum granulator serves as the primary granulation unit, efficiently processing large volumes of organic material through its continuous rotating action. Meanwhile, the disc granulator acts as both a secondary forming unit and a polishing machine, refining the granules for improved shape and uniformity.
This dual-system configuration demonstrates excellent performance in handling various organic materials, including livestock manure, agricultural waste, and other organic compounds. The drum granulator ensures high production capacity, while the disc granulator enhances product quality, giving the client the flexibility to produce different grades of organic fertilizer.
